Hi Carter, I totally get the need for a weight loss goal for motivation. And this is definitely different for everyone. The problem from my standpoint is whether its sustainable if they do that while withholding, which is what weight loss goals usually become. Its that “last forever” part I’m concerned about. You obviously speak from experience so this may be more of a language thing at some point, but it may just be a different approach. Then wear it out somewhere and enjoy the attention you receive!
